Uttarakhand, also known as Devbhoomi or the
Land of Gods, is home to numerous temples
and welcomes devotees all year round.
Among the countless religious sites and
circuits that devotees visit in Uttarakhand,
one of the most prominent is the Char Dham
Yatra. This Yatra or pilgrimage is a tour of four
holy sites – Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath
and Badrinath – nestled high up in the
Himalayas. In Hindi, ‘char’ means four and
‘dham’ refers to religious destinations.

DAY 01
Morning meet our representative at your Hotel /
Airport / Railway Station. After some basic
information start your journey to Barkot. Later drive to
Barkot. Check into the hotel arrival in Barkot.
Overnight stay at Barkot.

DAY 02
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Jankichatti /
Phoolchatti. Start your trek from here to Yamunotri
(6kms) (Either by walk or by horse or by Doli at own
cost). After arrival at Yamunotri take bath in warm
waters of Surya Kund (Hot Spring). Enjoy Darshan
of”Yamunaji”. Return trek to Jankichatti. Later drive
towards Barkot. Overnight stay at Barkot.

DAY 06
Morning after breakfast, relax for a while. Later drive
to Uttarkashi. Visit Shivgufa on the way to Uttarkashi.
In Uttarkashi visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple. After
that, check in hotel. Day free for rest.

DAY 04
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Gangotri.
On the way visit Gangnani Hot Spring. Take a holy
dip in Kund. Later drive to Gangotri via beautiful
Harsil valley. On arrival at Gangotri, take a holy
dip in the sacred river Ganges which is also called
Bhagirathi at its origin. Perform Pooja and
Darshan, after that relax for some time in the
lovely surroundings. Later return drive to
Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

DAY 05
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Phata. On the
way enjoy sightseeing. On arrival at Phata at evening
checking at hotel, enjoy dinner & Overnight stay at
Phata.

DAY 06
Early morning after breakfast, drive to phata to
gorikund. On the way enjoy sightseeing. Start your
trek from here to Kedarnath (18kms) (Either by walk
or by horse or by Doli at own cost). After arrival at
Kedarnath enjoy Darshan of ‘’Shivji’’. Overnight stay at
Kedarnath.

DAY 07
Early morning after breakfast,back to gorikhund (Either by
walk or by horse or by Doli or by helicopter at own
cost). Drive to gorikhund to chopta. Overnight stay at
Chopta.

DAY 08
Morning after breakfast, drive to chopta to
Badrinath. Check in to the hotel arrival in
Badrinath. Pilgrims after having a bath in the
Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal & Aarti
in evening. Brahamakapal is significant for
Pinddan – Shraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There
are other interesting sightseeing spots like
Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka,
Bhimkund and the “Mukh of the Saraswati
River”. Just within the three kms of Badrinath.
Overnight stay at Badrinath.

DAY 09
Badrinath – Joshimath -Rishikesh- Haridwar
Morning enjoy the after breakfast, drive for
Haridwar via Joshimath and rishikesh. Visit on
the way Darshan of Vishu Prayag, Narsingh
Temple in Joshimath, Karn Prayag and Nand
Prayag. Check into the hotel arrival in Haridwar.
Later Drop at/ Airport / railway station.
